		<description>Hey there. That's exciting that you're gonna be doing some climbing. I'm gonna be training for some mountain ascents myself starting in about a month. I found a site that has a pretty good plan. It's a little extreme for a 14er...but you'd definitely be in shape if you did it. Here it is:
